Published: 19Mar2020

The Human Resources team is working remotely until further notice due to COVID-19. For questions, please contact us at hradmin.neuro [at]

As McGill University has indicated, all academic and administrative staff, including casual employees, who worked and are scheduled to work over the two (2) week period (March 16 – 27), will be paid.

Casual and Work Study Student Payments

If the casual employee was working adhoc hours, an average of the hours worked in the previous 4 weeks (excluding Reading Week, March 2-6, 2020) will be taken to determine the hours to be paid for each week of the two-week period.

Casual employees should submit timesheets to their supervisors.

Recruitment for all positions is on hold until further notice. Selected candidates who were to get an offer of employment are to be informed of the current situation and the change of their hiring date when applicable.
