ALS Education Day

Montreal Neurological Institute Jeanne Timmins Amphitheatre, 3801 rue University, Montreal, QC, H3A 2B4, CA
Free, Registration Required (Please find the registration form attached)

In partnership between the Montreal Neurological Institute & Hospital’s ALS Clinic & the ALS Society of Quebec, we are pleased to invite you to an educational day on all aspects of care of patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. This event is ideal for community physicians, employees of CLSCs, rehab centers, palliative care centers, and anyone with an interest in the care of patients with ALS. Presentations will range from clinical presentations from expert physicians, members of the multidisciplinary ALS team, community care providers with experience in treating patients with ALS, and employees of the ALS Society of Quebec.

This event will be held at the Montreal Neurological Institute & Hospital (3801 University Street, Montreal, QC, H3A 2B4) on September 14th, 2017. The preliminary program and registration form are attached. There is no fee to register for this event (it’s free!).

The day will conclude with a public lecture given by Dr. Angela Genge on clinical trials in ALS. This lecture will be open to the public, with ALS patients in attendance. The lecture will be followed by a reception open to all attendees.

We hope that you join us for this informative day, which leads right into the 13th Annual Delambre Symposium, being held at the Neuro September 15th & 16th, and the annual ALS Quebec Walk for ALS on Saturday September 16th.
