We follow an integrated clinical research model that empowers autistic individuals and their families to take part in research that directly benefits them. 

Together, our network ensures consistent and reliable care by:

• streamlining the transition from pediatric to adult services 
• improving patient health and well-being by addressing co-occurring conditions and potentially finding causes that have broader implications
• building clinical capacity in our healthcare system through our professional development and training opportunities, as well as case consultations. 

Some examples of research studies underway include: 

• World Health Organization (WHO) Caregiver Skills Training (CST) study, a novel, open-access parent-mediated program for neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism
• Quebec 1,000 (Q1K), the first province-wide clinically integrated Open Science initiative, led by the Transforming Autism Care Consortium (TACC)
• Pathways in ASD, a longitudinal study that examines how autistic individuals develop over time (Note: recruitment for this study has ended)
