Starting on October 1, 2022, Microsoft will disable basic authentication when connecting to Microsoft 365 to replace it with a more modern authentication method. This may affect the access to your McGill email.
**You will not lose your emails but if your application still uses Basic Authentication, you might temporarily be unable to access your email.
The University is in the process of updating the current myLab software to a New Web version, which is coming soon. myLab is used primarily by researchers in science, engineering, and agricultural laboratories.
Why is this necessary?

Some users are experiencing issues accessing Workday. We are working to resolve this issue. We appreciate your understanding.
As of June Wednesday, June 15, 2022 McGill's Facilities and Space Maintenance System, FAMIS will only be accessible through a remote connection to a secure "containment" environment. This is necessary because FAMIS only runs in Internet Explorer, which is no longer supported by Microsoft.
As of May 1, 2022, the price of printing impressions (print and copies) using the uPrint service will be increased to the following:
From:Black and white impressions: $0.07/per impression Colour impressions: $0.23/per impression

McGill’s Student Directory, where students can choose to share their contact information with their fellow students or the community at large, will be decommissioned as of May 30, 2022. If you are a student whose information is listed in the directory, no action is required on your part.
The Lecture Recording System (LRS) is now available.
