RESOLVED: uPrint connectivity issues following upgrade

We have addressed the login issue affecting some of the uPrint machines. All printers are now responsive. Should you have any issues, please contact the IT Service Desk. Thank you for your patience.


Following the uPrint ugrade last night, some users have been reporting connectivity issues. We have identified the problem and Xerox is actively working on resolving the issue. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
