myCourses: grade export function temporarily down

In myCourses, instructors are currently unable to export grades to Minerva. IT Services is working with the vendor to restore this function.

As a temporary workaround, instructors need to manually enter grades in Minerva. There are two ways to do this: using a spreadsheet (recommended for large classes) or individual entries.
