 ders find themselves working across five generations on a daily basis\, in
  charge of teams with a hugely diverse age range. This unique moment poses
  great opportunities for creativity\, growth and dynamism in the workplace
 . It also poses interesting challenges for leaders working across differen
 ces\, understanding intergenerational communication and getting the most o
 ut of their teams. The facilitators will use creative methods to explore w
 ith participants key themes related to the intergenerational workforce. At
  the end of this session\, individuals will have had an opportunity to loo
 k at\, understand\, challenge and work with intergenerational differences 
 in teams. Expect to think outside of the box\, play with ideas and have fu
