 th:\n\n\n	A generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that is consis
 tent with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowledge”\,
  and can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project enviro
 nments\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strateg
 ies for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply a
 t their workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and potent
 ial avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, parti
 cipants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines within a com
 mon “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a proj
 ect forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key temp
 lates and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the role
  and challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand how a 
 project management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulfill t
