 emselves working across five generations on a daily basis\, in charge of t
 eams with a hugely diverse age range. This unique moment poses great oppor
 tunities for creativity\, growth and dynamism in the workplace. It also po
 ses interesting challenges for leaders working across differences\, unders
 tanding intergenerational communication and getting the most out of their 
 teams. The facilitators will use creative methods to explore with particip
 ants key themes related to the intergenerational workforce.\n\n \n\nAt the
  end of this session\, individuals will have had an opportunity to look at
 \, understand\, challenge and work with intergenerational differences in t
 eams. Expect to think outside of the box\, play with ideas and have fun en
