Technologies to Support Hybrid Work

This course provides an overview of technologies to support hybrid work from securely accessing files and systems, to collaborating with colleagues at home and in the office. The session will cover:

  • Meetings and collaboration tools, primarily using MS Teams,
  • How to avoid audio issues when holding hybrid meetings,
  • How to engage remote audiences using features such as chat, polling, and other collaborative activities,
  • Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, such as SharePoint Online.

To register:

  1. Access Minerva.
  2. In the Employee Menu, click on Training Menu, select Organizational Development, and follow the instructions to register.
