About the session: Everyone experiences anxiety sometimes. Offered by a psychologist and member of Anxiety Canada, this presentation will cover what anxiety is and all the different ways it can show up in your life. Various methods and strategies for helping manage anxiety will be discussed. Come and learn more about it for yourself or those around you.

About the Speaker : Dr. Marlene Taube-Schiff

 

Dr. Taube-Schiff is a psychologist and Director and Founder of Forward Thinking Psychological Services. She is also a member of Anxiety Canada's Scientific Advisory Committee. She is an expert in treating Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders as well as anxiety disorders.
