Anti-racism in the workplace

How does race and racism impact the working environment? What is our role in shaping an anti-racist workplace culture? This workshop will explore how understanding racism and integrating an anti-racist practice can create a better workplace culture for all. In attending this workshop, staff will:

• Understand definitions of racism and anti-racism
• Identify ways that racism manifests in the workplace
• Explore strategies for strengthening an anti-racist practice
