Graham Sommer Competition launched

The first edition of the Graham Sommer Competition for Young Composers is open to Canadian composers under 35 years of age.

This national competition includes prizes ranging from $5,000-$15,000 along with a concert premiere of the selected works.

In memory of Eleanor Stubley

Our community is mourning the loss of beloved music professor Eleanor Stubley, who died in August.

Eleanor was an accomplished choral conductor and an engaging scholar with a deeply creative spirit. As Associate Dean of Graduate Studies in Music, she was a tireless and innovative advocate for our students.
