As per Article 25.03 of the MCLIU collective agreement (PDF), if you are a McGill Instructor for lessons (including voice coaching) or small ensembles, you must submit workload availability by May 1 for the 2024-25 academic year using this online form.
Late requests will be considered at the discretion of the Chair of the Department of Performance of the Schulich School of Music.
