Positive Psychology is an innovative framework that focuses on how individuals and communities can live to their fullest potential. In this event, Williamon and Ascenso will introduce Positive Psychology and discuss recent findings from music research, assessing Positive Psychology’s promise as an innovative lens to shape wellbeing promotion strategies among musicians.
