Practical Instruction: 2024-25 Teacher Request Form

• If you are a McGill or Marianopolis Music student with a practical instruction component to your program, you must fill out this form by May 15, 2024.
• If you miss the deadline, submit the form anyway because it is required for teacher assignment and registration purposes. Your request will be considered at the discretion of the Chair of the Department of Performance of the Schulich School of Music. Late fees may apply.

No form submission = no lessons or coachings!
