Join the McGill Office of Religious and Spiritual Life for our new Zoom series, Spiritual Yoga Off-the-Mat! Taught by experienced instructor Milda Graham, this seated, meditative practice will help you slow down, connect with likeminded students, and learn about yoga’s ancient spiritual roots. Classes run every Tuesday from 6-7pm, beginning September 15th and ending November 3rd.

I'm back at McGill to study South Asian traditions and language after a careerin healthcare. Introduced to yoga at age twelve, I am happy to be diving deeper into my practices and studies. I love that yoga is for Every Body! I have been guiding hatha yoga and meditation since 2010.
