 mber of electoral and political institutions. Co-organized by the Centre f
 or the Study of Democratic Citizenship (CSDC)\, the Consortium on Electora
 l Democracy (C-Dem) and the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada (MISC
 )\, this bilingual symposium brings together academics and practitioners t
 o discuss current trends in public opinion and issues related to democrati
 c practices and reforms in both Canada and Quebec\n\nTwo keynote speakers 
 will open the morning and afternoon panel discussions\, respectively: Prof
