How did we perceive this war a year ago when it started and how do we see it now? What is the outlook for an end to the war and what realistic scenarios do we foresee going forward? How has Western support for Ukraine evolved over the past year? How is Canada doing as an ally of Ukraine? What are the geo-strategic implications of this conflict for Europe and for the rest of the world?
Maria Popova is an Associate Professor of Political Science at McGill University, where she holds the Jean Monnet Chair “Europe and the Rule of Law.”
The lecture will be followed by a Q&A.
