The on-time registration fee is $30 (non-ISS students) by April 28th at 11:59 pm; late registration fee is $35.

Poster Competition Information:

The poster session for the ISS Summer School will be held  at Pavillon J-Armand-Bombardier, École Polytechnique de Montréal, on the 2nd of May.

Posters will be hung on poster boards 6.5’’ wide × 6’’ high. Despite the large size of the boards, a maximum size of 4’’ wide × 4’’ is recommended to facilitate readership. Posters exceeding the dimensions of the boards will not be displayed.

The poster competition is mandatory for 1st year (i.e. joined the program in 2013) ISS students. In addition, all ISS trainees are highly encouraged to present a poster at the Summer School.

If you would like to do so, please inform us of this during the online registration process (not yet open). Best posters will be awarded two prizes by official judges and one by the public.
