 flict\n\nJoanne Besner\, BSW\, MBA\, PPCC\, and caregiver\, received her B
 achelor of Social Work and Master of  Business Administration from McGill 
 University\, and a Professional Coaching designation from the John Molson 
 Executive Centre at Concordia University. Ms. Besner coaches and facilitat
 es workshops for health care professionals and community organizations\, i
 ncluding the McGill University School of Social Work\, where she is also a
 n internship liaison supervisor. Her 35-year career in Quebec community he
 alth care spans many roles including frontline social work\, clinical supe
 rvisor\, manager\, researcher and trainer.  \n\nMs. Besner will talk about
  conflicts that can occur between caregivers and family members when looki
 ng after a person living with dementia or other illnesses.  She will provi
 de strategies to resolve conflicts in a healthy way.  \n\nThis English web
