External Examiners
The procedures for nominating an External Examiner for the thesis and submission of the thesis are set out in a separate document. There are three opportunities a year for submitting a thesis in order that the Master's degree may be conferred at a Convocation in June, October, or February. The three deadlines occur in mid-April, mid-June, and mid-December, respectively, the precise dates varying from year to year.

Seminar
The students are expected to present the results of their thesis work in a Medical Physics Seminar. The presentation is evaluated by staff as part of the overall thesis grade.
