Practical online tool to help practitioners navigate the process of self-directed learning
The Self-Directed Learning (SDL) Compass is a free, online, CPD tool that promotes and supports physicians’ SDL process. It includes three quizzes and a list of resources.
Quiz 1: Reflect on self-assessment skills and learn about how to develop a personal learning plan
Quiz 2: Select and complete one of the listed SDL resources and rate the effectiveness of the selected resource to support SDL
Quiz 3: Rate the overall effectiveness of the SDL Compass in supporting the SDL process
