Note to all new faculty members:
If a new appointee will be carrying on research, mandatory forms related to use of humans, animals, radioactivity and biohazards in research must be completed and filed with Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (for research done in McGill buildings) or with the appropriate hospital Research Institute (for research carried out in the hospitals).

Please be advised that participation in the University's benefits package is compulsory for all full-time employees. Your appointment and pay cheque cannot be processed until you have signed and completed your benefits forms.
