Interim Flexible Work Arrangements (IFWA)

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences participates in the University's Interim Flexible Work Arrangements (IFWA) program, which is intended to contribute to the development of a flexible work culture in support of employee well-being. This transitional program is designed to give eligible administrative and support staff more flexibility during the period that the university is working and consulting to find the best hybrid remote-onsite model for McGill.
