My Healthy Workplace & Health and Well-Being

English Session, Bilingual Q&A)

  • The My Healthy Workplace session will be presented by Angela Morse and Joan Vickers.

Angela Morse, Organizational Development & Talent Management Advisor, joined McGill 2008 in Total Compensation and transferred to Organizational Development in 2014. Key responsibilities: TWM Training (Mental Health) – Working Mind, Performance Management, Competencies, Coaching Ourselves, My Healthy Workplace (MHW), MHW Co-Lead Wellness Centered Learning Community.

Joan Vickers, Senior Advisor, Organizational Development, joined McGill in 2007 as a Project Manager in IT. She moved to Organizational Development in 2012 after completing an MA in Human Systems Intervention. Joan is a recognized facilitator, trainer and coach skilled at bringing people and groups together to achieve goals. Among other training offerings, she currently facilitates the Working Mind Training and is committed to fostering a Healthy Workplace for all.

  • The Health and Well-Being sessions will be presented by Pichara Chhe

Pichara Chhe joined McGill University as a Compensation Advisor in 2017. Two years later, her life took an unexpected turn when her father, also a McGill employee, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Balancing the responsibilities of being a working mother and a caregiver to her late father, she experienced firsthand the importance of prioritizing her own health and wellness, leading her to become passionately committed to promoting employee wellbeing.
