From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.


Du samedi 5 octobre au lundi 7 octobre, le campus du centre-ville et le campus Macdonald ne seront accessibles qu’aux étudiants et aux membres du personnel de l’Université McGill, ainsi qu’aux visiteurs essentiels. All applications will be reviewed by the Teaching Scholars Selection Committee. Eligible candidates will be interviewed by the Selection Committee, and all applicants will be notified of their status by the beginning of April.  A maximum of two scholars per year will be accepted into the program.

To complete your application, please submit:

  • A personal letter, outlining your goals for the program, the project you would like to develop during your year as a Teaching Scholar, and how participation in the program will influence your career as an educator in the Faculty of Medicine at McGill;
  • A copy of your curriculum vitae; and
  • Two letters of reference, including one from your departmental chair or divisional chief.
