Important information

  • *Note: you will be applying to the UC system, not a specific campus. Campus assignment is determined by the University of California admissions. Check here to see which programs are offered at each campus!

  • Due to the quarter system at UC, a Fall only exchange is not recommended as you would need to complete a minimum of 2 quarters in order to be eligible for 15 McGill credits (which would then run into McGill's Winter term). Additionally, please note that Economics majors require calculus as a pre-requisite.

Funding Opportunity:

All students going on exchange to the US are eligible for Killam Undergraduate Fellowships. If you are interested in going to the US for an exchange and meet the requirements of Killam, please submit your application via Killam's website by January 31st, 2024. Once you have been nominated by McGill to go on exchange to a US partner, Killam will process your application and let you know if you have been selected.
