Nathalie Duchesnay

Nathalie Duchesnay is a Max Bell School Lecturer and Policy Lab Coordinator. She is a seasoned strategic advisor and management executive in consumer business and manufacturing. She is well versed in designing and executing transformational strategies in the context of mergers and acquisitions, digital platforms and organizational restructuring. Recently, Mrs. Duchesnay led the programs to redesign the customer experience at the SAQ including the launch of the Inspire program, adoption of the Agile approach and redesign of the mobile application. Mrs. Duchesnay is a course lecturer with McGill since 2001 and currently teaches in the MBA program at the Desautels School of Business.
