Mike Ross

Mike is the founder of Juniper, a boutique consulting firm that focuses at the intersection of innovation, culture, and strategy and the co-founder of Vocaprep.com, an edtech platform that helps people land the jobs of their dreams.

Prior to starting these companies Mike was a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he specialized in leadership and professional development, helping organizations around the world transform themselves by building the skills and competencies needed to beat their markets and win the war for talent. Mike also built and delivered many of McKinsey’s iconic consultant training programs and has designed and led professional skill building programs for organizations around the world. In addition to his work at McKinsey, Mike has been a managing director of a private equity fund, a lawyer, and the manager of a peace negotiations project in the Middle East.

Mike has a BA in Political Science and Political Theory from Concordia, a JD and an MA in International Relations from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from McGill University.
