 hour information session about the scholarship and applying to the Max Bel
 l School of Public Policy's MPP program.\n\nThe MPP program is designed fo
 r participants who have been working for a few years after receiving their
  undergraduate degree. It combines insights regarding the theory of public
  policy with the many practical aspects that make the analysis\, design\, 
 communication\, and implementation of public policy so complex. The progra
 m also has an emphasis on developing the skills and perspectives essential
  for creating future leaders in the policy process\, whether in government
 \, business\, or non-governmental organizations.\n\nAs a McCall MacBain Sc
 holar\, you will connect with mentors\, develop your leadership skills\, a
 nd receive full funding to start a master's or professional degree at McGi
 ll University. The scholarship covers all tuition and fees\, plus a living
  stipend of $2\,300 per month during academic terms\, summer funding optio
 ns\, and a relocation grant. Applications for the 2027 cohort are open unt
 il August/September 2026.\n\n \n
