 i Venkatesan is a Business Leader\, Author\, and Social Entrepreneur in Be
 ngaluru\, India.\n\nRavi is UNICEF’s Special Representative for Young Peop
 le and Innovation and also the founder of the Global Alliance for Mass Ent
 repreneurship (GAME)\, a multi-stakeholder coalition which aims to create 
 10m entrepreneurs and 50 million jobs in India by 2030. He is a Director o
 f Hitachi Ltd.\, a Trustee of Rockefeller Foundation and a partner at impa
 ct investor Unitus Ventures.\n\nRavi has spent three decades leading organ
 izations in the private sector\, public sector and social sector\, across 
 three continents and multiple industries. He is a former Chairman of the B
 ank of Baroda\; between 2015-18\, he led the turnaround of India's second 
 largest public sector bank. As a board member then Co-Chairman of Infosys 
 Ltd.\, he helped steer the company through a challenging set of transition
 s. Between 2004-11\, as Chairman & CEO of Microsoft India\, Ravi helped bu
 ild India into Microsoft's second-largest presence in the world and the mo
 st respected multinational company in India. From 1997-2004\, Ravi served 
 as the Chairman of Cummins India and led its transformation into India’s l
 eading provider of engines and power generation solutions. Ravi has served
  on the boards of Harvard Business School\, AB Volvo\, Strand Lifesciences
 \, JCB\, ATREE and Thermax.\n\nRavi is the founder of Social Venture Partn
 ers India\, a pan-India network of philanthropists. He was instrumental in
  creating Microsoft India’s Project Shiksha\, the world’s largest computer
  literacy program and also helped establish the Cummins College of Enginee
 ring\, India’s first engineering college for women\, in Pune.\n\nRavi has 
 a BTech from IIT Bombay\, an MS from Purdue University\, and an MBA from H
 arvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. He is a recipient of 
 the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay’s Distinguished Alumnus Award an
 d Purdue University's Distinguished Engineering Alumnus Award. He is the a
 uthor of an acclaimed book 'Conquering the Chaos: Win in India\, Win Every
 where' published by Harvard Business Review. His next book 'What the Heck 
 Do with My Life?' will be released in Dec 2021. Ravi was voted as one of I
 ndia's best management thinkers by Thinkers50 and is one of LinkedIn's Glo
 bal Influencers. He was voted Microsoft's AlumniHERO 2020.\n\nNdidi Okonkw
 o Nwuneli\n\nMrs. Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli is an expert on social innovation\
 , African agriculture and nutrition\, entrepreneurship\, and youth develop
 ment. She has over 25 years of international development experience and is
  a recognized serial entrepreneur\, author\, public speaker\, and consulta
 nt. She is the Max Bell School of Public Policy's McConnell Visiting Schol
 ar for 2021-2022.\n\nMrs. Nwuneli started her career as a management consu
 ltant with McKinsey & Company\, working in Chicago\, New York\, and Johann
 esburg. She returned to Nigeria in 2000 to serve as the pioneer executive 
 director of FATE Foundation\, supporting young entrepreneurs to start and 
 scale their businesses. In 2002\, she established LEAP Africa to inspire\,
  empower\, and equip a new cadre of principled\, disciplined\, and dynamic
  young leaders in Africa. In the same year\, she established NIA to suppor
 t female university students in Nigeria to achieve their highest potential
 .\n\nOver the past 13 years\, she has focused exclusively on transforming 
 the African agriculture and nutrition landscape. Through her work as the c
 o-founder and Managing Partner of Sahel Consulting Agriculture & Nutrition
 \, she has partnered with a range of private and public sector organizatio
 ns to implement ecosystem solutions in the African agriculture and food la
 ndscapes. As the co-founder of AACE Foods\, which produces a range of pack
 aged spices\, seasonings\, and cereals for local and international markets
 \, Mrs. Nwuneli has propelled the growth of a catalytic business. As the f
 ounder of Nourishing Africa\, a digital home for food and agriculture entr
 epreneurs operating on the African Continent\, she is accelerating the gro
 wth of the ecosystem and supporting entrepreneurs in 35 African countries.
  Her latest start-up—Changing Narratives Africa—is building bridges by sho
 wcasing the Continent’s contributions to the global food ecosystem and sca
 ling proudly African food and beverage brands.\n\nNwuneli serves on the bo
 ards of the Rockefeller Foundation\, the Global Alliance for Improved Nutr
 ition (GAIN)\, AGRA\, Nigerian Breweries Plc. (Heineken)\, Godrej Consumer
  Products Ltd. India\, Fairfax Africa Holdings Canada\, Royal DSM Sustaina
 bility Board\, Netherlands\, and the African Philanthropy Forum. She previ
 ously served on the Boards of Nestle Nigeria Plc.\, the World Vegetable Ce
 nter and Cornerstone Insurance Plc.\n\nNwuneli was recognized as a Young G
 lobal Leader and a Schwab Social Innovator by the World Economic Forum and
  received a National Honor from the Nigerian Government. She was listed as
  one of the 20 Power African Women by Forbes\, on the 2019 100 Most Influe
 ntial Africans List by New African Magazine and was a Harvard Business Sch
 ool 2021 Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award Honoree. She is a TED Glob
 al speaker.\n\nNwuneli is the author of 'Social Innovation in Africa: A Pr
 actical Guide for Scaling Impact\,' and 'Food Entrepreneurs in Africa: Sca
 ling Resilient Agriculture Businesses\,' both published by Routledge. She 
 is also the author of “Working for God in the Marketplace.”\n\nShe holds a
 n M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree with
  honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She was
  a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business & Government 
 at the Harvard Kennedy School and an Aspen Institute New Voices Fellow.\n
