DESCRIPTION:Title: A spine construction for interacting populations\n\nAbst
ract: We are interested in populations where individual transition rates (
deaths\, births\, movements\, mutations...) are dependent on population de
nsities. We are motivated in particular by increasing mortality or decreas
ing natality due to competition or regulation. The objective is to describ
e the ancestral lineage of a sample at a given time\, using a progressive
Markovian construction. We will focus on unstructured population (no trait
or space) and we will give an example of application and describe a phase
transition in a simple fragmentation growth model with competition. Final
ly\, from the remaining time\, we discuss another application or the exten
sion of the construction to structured populations.\n\nLocation: \n\n(Remo
