Roger ISHIMWE

Biography: 

Roger ISHIMWE is a MasterCard Foundation Scholar from Rwanda, currently pursuing his Masters in Urban Planning at McGill University. He is passionate about city planning in general, focusing on urbanization without compromising the environment. He has experience in the field of education, including two years of teaching. He also had the opportunity to conduct an internship with Oeuvre Durable, an organization based in Montreal that performs research related to climate change adaptation and resilience in cities, while also exploring urban evictions’ issues
