Beatrice Ayinkamiye

I am a constantly evolving individual with demonstrated project coordination skillset. In my previous engagements, I have been a leader as well as a follower and have acquired a multitude of hard and soft skills that enables me to understand and navigate complex realities and tasks. My current skill set includes network coordination, superior written communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills including time management, negotiation, and decision-making. While earning a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Economics at McGill University, I balanced my education with an array of work/volunteer opportunities, and this has allowed me to identify the areas in which I can add the most value. My passions include business, development, health, education, poverty reduction, financial literacy, inclusion and their intersection. I have also picked interests in the area of project management and agriculture. I am looking for opportunities to expand my perspectives in these areas at both organizational and national fora as it pertains to bringing impact to communities.
