 n Thursday\, November 25th\, and  Friday\, November 26th\, 2021.\n\nThe Ag
 ricultural and Environmental Sciences Ceremony:\n\nThursday\, November 25t
 h at 15h00\n\nSalle Wilfrid-Pelletier\, Place des Arts\, 175 St. Catherine
  Street West (entrance on the Place des Arts metro level).\n\nThe followin
 g public health restrictions will be in place for the ceremonies:\n\nVacci
 ne passports will be required for graduates\, families and guests to get i
 nto the venue. Photo ID will also be required. Please refer to the Place d
 es Arts COVID-19 website for more information.\n	Masks must be worn at all 
 times at the venue: upon arrival\, during the ceremony\, while crossing th
 e stage or circulating in the venue.\nOther restrictions may also be neces
 sary and we will update this website with additional details in the coming
  weeks\, so please check back.\n\nThe convocation ceremonies are ticketed 
 events: graduates\, their families and guests will need tickets to enter t
 he venue. Graduates will be able to invite a maximum of four (4) guests. M
 ore information about where and when you can obtain your tickets will be p
 osted on the Convocation website in the coming weeks.\n\nYou must reserve 
 your cap and gown before the ceremonies and pick it up along with your lin
 eup card (includes your name and degree details). The link to reserve your
  cap and gown\, and the pickup schedule will be on the Convocation website

 aculty members who supervise MSc or PhD students who will be participating
  in the ceremony and wish to attend the AES convocation must be registered
