These workshops are geared toward students new to graduate and postdoctoral studies and aim to provide an introduction to many of the services here at McGill, and how to navigate and best use these services during your studies. A special series of workshops on applying for funding is also offered.

A quick overview of essential information for a student parent at McGill. Including:  tips on time management,  how to speak to a professor and let them know you are a parent, an overview of McGill’s policy for student parents, an overview of the different McGill resources for families, essential childcare information.
