 py to announce that Bruno Latour will be there to introduce Albena Yaneva.
  This event is part of the wider Bicentennial celebrations.\n\nAlbena Yane
 va is Professor of Architectural Theory at the University of Manchester\, 
 UK. She has worked at Princeton University and Parsons School of Design\, 
 and held the Lise Meitner Chair at Lund. She is the author of The Making o
 f a Building (2009)\, Made by the OMA: An Ethnography of Design (2009)\, M
 apping Controversies in Architecture (2012)\, Five Ways to Make Architectu
 re Political: An Introduction to the Politics of Design Practice (2017)\, 
 The New Architecture of Science (with Sir Kostya S. Novoselov\, 2020). Her
  most recent book is Crafting History: Archiving and the Quest for Archite
 ctural Legacy (2020). Her work has been translated into nine languages. Dr
 . Yaneva is the recipient of the RIBA President's Award for Outstanding Re
