Memoir; QE185 A2 no.xx
Memoirs are final reports of major undertakings.

  • 1910-1922 - From 1910 to 1922, the Memoirs are divided into 4 sections: geological (includes paleontology), topographical, biological, and anthropological.
  • After 1922 only the geological series was continued.

Bulletin; QE185 A43
Bulletins include any materials not large enough to be the subject of a memoir.

  • From 1913 to 1945, the bulletin was published jointly with the National Catalogueum. Includes biology, anthropology, paleontology.
  • After 1945, the bulletin published geological information only.

These are published as monographs on specific minerals.

Paper; call numbers vary
Papers are published for speedy dissemination of information when a large or long term project is not yet complete. Preliminary papers usually lead to final reports.
