Program

The one-day colloquium will be divided into six segments, facilitated by Bill Landis, Head, Public Services, Manuscripts & Archives, Yale University Library. Each speaker will use best practices from his or her own experience to deliver a presentation on his or her topic. After each session, attendees will take part in an interactive 30-minute session designed to explore lessons learned from the preceding presentations.

Evolving Collection Strategies

Expanding collecting strategies to include new forms of media and documents, including born-digital content, web harvesting and social media harvesting. Google Drive notes

Researcher Engagement

Student Engagement

University and Administrative Engagement

Community Engagement

Synthesis and Closing Discussion
