Current and ongoing assessment initiatives
LibQUAL+® is a suite of services that libraries use to solicit, track, understand, and act upon users' opinions of service quality. It assesses satisfaction with collections, services, access, and space. McGill has run the survey for a number of years and build our plans around your needs. The survey is offered to the library community by the Association of Research Libraries. This year will be the 10th administration of the LibQUAL+ survey at McGill since 2001.

Library visitor survey
On November 18, 2014, the Library held its first visitor survey, in which we asked every visitor to one of McGill Library's branches to complete a three-item questionnaire in order to learn more about those who come through our doors. See the survey results.
