The candidates submit an electronic copy of their dossier to the carole.urbain [at] mcgill.ca (Library Academic Affairs Office) by June 1st. The LRTC considers the staff member’s case for reappointment.

- Record of position responsibilities /position description
- Annual performance reviews
- Record of professional and scholarly activities
- Record of contributions to University and scholarly communities;
- Any other materials the candidate may wish to submit.
