 fostering informed debate on federalism by young jurists (including law st

 om around the world. This year's theme was Federalism\, Identity and Publi
 c Policy in Challenging Times.\n\nThe MacKell Chair is pleased to welcome 
 the three winners and the recipient of the honourable mention of the 2021 
 edition of the Baxter Family Symposium in Federalism to present their pape
 rs\, which are available on the main McGill Law site.\n\n\n	First prize: Jo
