DESCRIPTION:This year\, the 2013 Annual Workshop on Commercial & Consumer L
 aw will be taking place at McGill's Faculty of Law.  Established by Profes
 sor Emeritus Jacob Ziegel (U. Toronto)\, this long-running Workshop is the
  only academic business law conference regularly held in Canada. It is des
 igned to keep legal scholars abreast of current developments in the commer
 cial and consumer law areas.  This year's program will offer eight panels\
 , which have attracted a distinguished roster of presenters from across th
 e country\, and which will be chaired by legal practitioners\, faculty mem
 bers and several eminent members of the judiciary.  Our keynote address wi
 ll be given by former Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada\, the Honoura
 ble Marie Deschamps.  See this year's program or register online.  Registr
 ation  Your registration fee includes access to electronic copies of all s
 ubmitted papers and presentations\, the Friday cocktail and dinner\, a buf
 fet lunch on Saturday and other light refreshments during the breaks.  $20

 t include the cocktail & dinner)  This activity is accredited by the Barre
 au du Québec for 8 hours and 45 minutes of Continuing Legal Education (act

 faculty members of sponsoring law faculties are exempted from paying the r
