NASRIN - Film Screening & Panel Discussion

Filmed in Iran by women and men who risked arrest to make this documentary, NASRIN is an immersive portrait of one of the world’s most courageous human rights activists and political prisoners, Nasrin Sotoudeh, and of Iran’s remarkably resilient women’s rights movement.

This film screening will be followed by a panel discussion with writer, producer and director Jeff Kaufman; Professor Homa Hoodfar (Concordia U); and the Hon. Irwin Cotler, PC, OC, OQ, moderated by Professor Vrinda Narain (McGIll U).
