Come meet Souleymane Guengueng, Dictator Hunter, main voice against the regime of former Chadian President Hissène Habré and founder of the Chadian Association of Victims of Political Repression and Crime. Do not miss the opportunity to discuss the issues of impunity and international justice.

His talk is entitled: "How to fight impunity by protecting international justice against domestic justice? The case of Africa: 'Justice for whites and Justice for blacks?"'.
