Professor Darren Rosenblum is a full professor at Pace Law School (White Plains, NY, USA) where he teaches Contracts, Corporations and International Business Transactions, and serves as the Director of the Business Law Concentration, Director of Commercial and Private International Law Programs and Faculty Advisor of the Institute for International and Commercial Law. His scholarship focuses on corporate governance, in particular on remedies for sex inequality.

For the fall 2018 semester, Professor Rosenblum is a Wainwright Fellow at the Faculty of Law, during which he will be teaching a Specialized Topics course titled Sexuality, Gender and the Law.

Professor Rosenblum is also organizing a workshop on November 2, 2018, titled Contests of Powers / Conflicts of Values: Law in a Transnational and Transsystemic Society.
