Science is essential to meeting many of the challenges we face in the years to come – climate change, biodiversity and genetic resource management, poverty alleviation, to name just a few – and scientists have to be willing to do their part by getting out of the lab and participating in public life, in all its various forms.

Partnership Group for Science and Engineering (PAGSE)

PAGSE is best known for its breakfast seminar series on Parliament Hill, Bacon and Eggheads and also works with the Science Media Centre of Canada to publish SciencePages, short briefing notes on topical issues that have science at their core.
