Service overview

Asset Panda is a web-based software used to track and manage assets, such as research equipment, furniture, and more. It allows you to tag each asset with contact and location information and tracks any changes to the asset from initial purchase to end of life.

note

NOTE:

IT equipment purchased with University funds must be inventoried in accordance with the IT Asset Management Regulation. Most centrally-managed IT equipment, including computers and laptops, is managed through the IT Service Management system, ServiceNow.


Who can use it

McGill faculty and staff members can request the use of Asset Panda for their departments.

Availability
