Heads of research units and other groups who have independently designed websites (i.e., sites not produced by the McGill WMS) may request a virtual host account.

Any site managers you nominate will be accountable to you concerning compliance with the digital standards and other requirements. McGill assumes no responsibility for the construction or maintenance of these sites.

Please note: This service can only be used for basic sites which do not exceed the maximum space of 300 MB. Installs of Content Management Systems such as Joomla, Drupal or WordPress are not allowed. URLs for host sites are formatted as: "http://yoursite.research.mcgill.ca", "http://yoursite.lab.mcgill.ca" or "http://yoursite.conference.mcgill.ca".
